- All goods remain the property of Justin Wynn Ltd until full payment is recieved custom and commercial cannot be held liable for any goods damaged in transit. Any damaged goods recieved MUST be notified IMMEDIATLEY
- If you are not entirely satisfied with any purchase, return to us within 30 days of reciept. Any returns recieved outside this period will be refunded at our dicretion
- All electrical goods are non-refundable
- If you are returning goods you MUST call custom and commercial for a returns number
- Every effort is made to provide the correct parts. However, it is down to the customer to ensure parts are correct before fitting
- Any 'special orders' will be subject to a non-refundable deposit at the time of the order being taken
- The customer MUST meet the cost of carriage to return correctly supplied goods
Delivery
Orders recieved before 3.00pm will be dispatched the same day if the item is in stock. Any items not in stock will be sent as soon as possible at no extra charge.
Shipping
custom and commercial ship within the UK and worldwide using Royal Mail and couriers to ensure yur goods reach you quickly and safely.
Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Please do not send cash through the post. Cheques and postal orders to be made payable to Justin Wynn Ltd. All our prices in clude VAT at 17.5%

Returns
Before returning any goods you must ring custom and commercial and get a returns number.
It is the customers responsibility to meet the cost of any returns.
Good returned within 30 days are subject to a 20% handling charge.
No returns accepted after 90 days.
All goods remain the property of Justin Wynn Limited until payment in full has been recieved.
